Led video production to create online video content for the Bank of America “No Fee Mortgage PLUS” microsite and online advertising campaign. The piece stars “Susan,” a virtual home loan specialist who tailors the microsite experience based on users’ home-buying experience. The project exceeded client expectations in user interaction and sign-up rates and made significant progress in the client’s willingness to embrace new technology.
