As Managing Partner of Heroes Sports Bar & Grill in Wichita’s historic Old Town District, I administered operations, financials, and advertising. In 2010, I rebranding and conducted a major remodel of the restaurant, developed new sales promotions, and placed all advertising. The rebrand, implementation of new marketing campaigns, and operational changes led to increased annual sales, multiple awards, and larger community awareness. Heroes was voted “Best Sports Bar of Wichita,” “Best Bloody Mary in Wichita,” and “Top 5 Burgers of Wichita” during my time promoting the business. Heroes had record sales in 2011 and 2012 consecutively.
